Below are displayed some samples of Powder Coatings. Some of these finishes have more then one state and change colors with different light or angles. Please use these samples to become more familiar with our coatings as apposed to picking a final coating. We have a full line of sample books for you to choose from at our shop across from the Burlington Mall. The displaying of fluorescent colors and the true beauty of these coating is not possible on the web. The shades have been matched as close as possible, but will look different on every computer.

Glossy Smooth TGIC Polyester Coatings

Glossy Smooth Weather Resistant Polyester Powder Coatings are available in almost 200 standard colors. This product offers good weather resistance and mechanical properties. Typical applications include lawn and garden equipment, fencing, kitchen appliances, playground and recreation equipment, transformer tanks, outdoor lighting fixtures, wire cloth, furniture, automotive/marine parts and vending machines.
Continuous service temperature should not exceed 180°F.  Gloss level 80-90 Gardner. Film thickness can range from 1.2 to 4.0 mils.

Semi Gloss Smooth OGF Polyester Coatings
Semi Gloss Smooth Weather Resistant Polyester Powder Coatings are available in 7 Standard colors. Additional colors may be special ordered. Typical applications include hot galvanized parts, forgings, castings,fired clay or ceramics. Gloss level 50-70 Gardner. Film thickness can range from 2.5 to 3.5 mils.
